Cancellation Policy

Chemical services require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. Please text or call us at (989) 858-3717 as soon as possible with any appointment changes. Clients also receive a text and email confirmation with options to modify or cancel appointments.
