Cancellation Policy

We have a “three strikes and you’re out” policy. No show us three times and you are no longer able to book with us again. However, we will still accept you as a walk-in. Chemical services- We charge a 50% deposit/cancellation/no show fee within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please text or call us at (989)858-3717 ASAP with any changes to your appointment. A link is also sent via text and email to “cancel” or “modify” your appointment.
